Low Calorie Tuna Salad

Here is the recipe for Tuna Salad.  It is very good either on a piece of dry toast or with 2 slices of low calorie bread and made into a sandwich.


Low Calorie Tuna Salad
1 small can tuna in water
1 boiled egg chopped
 2 stalks celery chopped
1 dill pickle (small or just some chips) chopped
1 tbsp fat free Italian dressing
1 tbsp lite mayonnaise
Garlic salt and celery salt
Makes 3 servings at 156 calories each

  1. I know that recipe would be so much better for my family but they love my rich tuna salad sandwiches. I put eggs,onions and jalapeno peppers in my tuna salad instead of pickles, relish or celery and mayonnaise, mustard and a dash of Worcestershire instead of Italian dressing. Oh I am baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad.
